South Carolina State Calling Contest
Permalink

The contest had a good turn out. There was a big crowd to listen to everybody's racket too. There was a lot of callers that weren't at the state contest last year. The new location seems to be a good one. There's a lot of participation and the contest went very well. There was a lot of really good callers. Seems like most callers hit a bad note here and there and that made it a hard contest to figure out. I think everybody had a good round and everybody had at least one "sketchy" round.

1st place -  Mike Prince (Hooray Me!)
2nd place - Daniel Smith
3rd place - Johnson Small

Tighten up boys! There's two more sanctioned contests coming up in a few weeks if you want to chase the neon rainbow.
